She served a three-year role as one of the youngest board members at River Run Country Club.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Michelle is deeply invested in her community. Her and her husband reside in the Davidson, NC community with their daughter and three dogs. She actively supports local charities like the Ada Jenkins Center, Cater and was instrumental in organizing the first major fundraiser at River Run Club to benefit the Davidson Fire Department.

Her passion for sports continues to thrive outside her professional life. A competitive athlete at heart, Michelle actively participates in high-level USTA tennis leagues, the Charlotte Pro League, and the River Run inter-club tennis league. Her enthusiasm for athletics extends to golf, a sport she has embraced as a member of River Run in Davidson, and she maintains her fitness with regular CrossFit classes.

Nita brings a vast local knowledge of Lake Norman (LKN), Charlotte and surrounding areas. With 30 + years of experience in construction, sales, contract negotiations and customer service, her acumen also spans marketing, communication, technology and business/finance/accounting. Growing up in Shelby, North Carolina and LKN in the summers, Nita has witnessed firsthand the urban and economic transformation of these areas for over 50 years. As a true local, Nita utilizes her long-term relationships and contacts to benefit her clients. After co-owning and then becoming sole owner/President of a $12M+ startup new residential, multi-family, commercial plumbing contracting business servicing Charlotte and its surrounding areas, employing 80-100+ employees over the course of 28 years, her company’s success was predicated on and recognized for its A+ customer service, performance and delivery. Nita also co-owned and operated a profitable customer home building company for eight years and assisted in developing software for the service/construction/manufacturing industry that generated 10,000+ customers. Giving back to her community is also one of Nita’s strongholds. Her community service includes volunteering for the LKN YMCA, raising $25,000+ for children of a deceased employee by hosting and planning annual golf benefit tournaments, as well as aiding the LKN YMCA starfish program after which she was awarded and recognized for her diligent service to the community. in the area for almost 30 years. She is a retired North Carolina law enforcement officer, which
has equipped her with a unique perspective on the community's growth. Kelly has been a
licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina since 2005 and has extensive experience in
residential construction and sales. She currently lives in Davidson with her twin daughters, who
attend The Cannon School. Kelly enjoys various sports, including golf, pickleball, basketball, and
softball, and she also volunteers in the community. She is heavily involved with Lake Norman
Little League and other law enforcement-supported charities. Kelly understands the value of
living in a safe and thriving community where homeowners take pride in their investments,
raise their families, and create lasting memories. Kelly is a dedicated and motivated agent ready

Born and raised in Michigan, moving was never part of my vocabulary. That all changed quickly,
when I moved to Florida, New York, Georgia then finally landing in North Carolina. I found the
hunt for property exhilarating, and that’s when I knew my next career was Real Estate.
Landing in Cornelius and the Lake Norman area was one of the easiest transitions for my family.
I am fortunate to work at the Alexander Realty Group where integrity and creating the ultimate
customer experience is the top priority. I can attest that the relocation experience is exciting,
but can be overwhelming at times. With my experience I can guide you through the process as

I am married, and we have three wonderful girls. Collectively, we enjoy running, playing tennis
and hiking. When we are not in the kitchen working on new recipes, I enjoy working with kids
